Structural composition:

1. Material funnel:

2. Compression chamber:

3. Drive system:

Generally composed of motor, hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, etc. The motor provides power for the whole system, drives the operation of the hydraulic pump, the hydraulic pump presses the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder, pushes the compression plate to move back and forth in the compression chamber, and realizes the compression of the aluminum can.

4. Strapping device:

Located on one side or the top of the compression chamber, there are two common ways of steel strapping and plastic strapping. When the aluminum can is compressed into a packet, the strapping device automatically wraps the packing tape around the aluminum packet and pulls it tightly to ensure that the aluminum packet does not fall apart during handling and transportation.

5. Control system:

Composed of operation panel, PLC (programmable logic controller), etc. The operator can set the compression pressure, the number of bundling rings and other parameters through the operation panel, and the PLC can control the coordination of each component according to the preset parameters to achieve automatic operation.
