Working Principle:

Hydraulic drive principle: Most copper chip cake presses are hydraulically driven. The motor drives the hydraulic pump to suck the hydraulic oil from the oil tank and pressurize it. The high-pressure oil is transported to the hydraulic cylinder through the oil pipe. According to Pascal's law, the pressure of the liquid in a closed container remains unchanged. The high-pressure oil pushes the piston of the hydraulic cylinder, and the piston rod is connected to the pressure head, thereby exerting huge pressure on the copper chips placed in the mold. As the pressure increases, the distance between the copper chip particles decreases, and they squeeze each other to fill the pores, eventually forming a compact copper cake.
