Preparation before operation：

Check the oil level of the hydraulic system (if it is a Hydraulic Baler) to ensure that the oil volume is within the normal scale range and the oil is clean and free of impurities; check the motor and circuit system to ensure that the line is not damaged, the contact is good, and there is no leakage risk.

2. Cleaning the workplace: Clear the debris around the baler to ensure that the operating space is spacious and convenient for the handling and placement of cardboard. At the same time, ensure that the feed and discharge ports of the baler are unobstructed and unobstructed.

3. Material preparation: Arrange the cardboard to be packaged neatly and remove foreign objects such as plastic, metal, etc. If the cardboard is too large, it can be appropriately cut in advance to facilitate subsequent packaging.

Baling operation：

1. Placing cardboard: Open the feeding door of the baler (if any) and put the sorted cardboard neatly into the baling chamber. When placing, try to distribute the cardboard evenly to avoid leaning to one side, which will affect the compression effect. For large balers, you may need to use Auxiliary Equipment such as forklifts to move the cardboard into the baling chamber.Paper Baler

2. Setting parameters (optional): Some balers can set baling parameters according to needs, such as compression pressure, baling size, etc. Set the appropriate parameters using the buttons or knobs on the control panel. For example, if you want to pack a tighter bale, you can increase the compression pressure appropriately.

3. Start compression: After confirming that the cardboard is properly placed and the parameters are set correctly, press the compression start button. The hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic baler pushes the pressing plate downward, and the mechanical baler drives the pressing plate to compress the cardboard through the transmission mechanism. 4. Bundling and baling: When the cardboard is compressed to the set size or pressure, the compression stops. At this time, the strapping device of the baler starts working, wrapping strapping materials such as steel straps and plastic straps around the compressed cardboard blocks, and fixing them by hot melting, biting buckles, etc. to complete the packaging.

Discharging and subsequent processing：

1. Discharging: After bundling is completed, press the discharging button, the discharging door of the baler opens (if any), and the packed cardboard block is pushed out of the baling chamber to the designated position through the pushing device.Waste Paper Baling Press

2. Repeat the operation: After discharging, close the discharging door (if any), and then proceed to the next round of cardboard placement, compression and baling operations.
