Application:

Operation process:

1. Preparation

Inspection and cleaning equipment: a comprehensive inspection of the copper chip cake press, including hydraulic and electrical systems, molds and other components, check the tubing connection, line status and mold integrity and installation, while cleaning the feed port, mold surface and discharge port of metal chips and dust, lubrication of key moving parts. Preparation of raw materials: Collect and screen copper chips, remove non-copper foreign matter, wet copper chips need to be dried to reduce water content.

2. Feed operation

Open and control the feed: start the feed device, such as conveyor belt or screw feeder, adjust the feed speed to avoid too fast clogging or too slow affecting the efficiency, and at the same time, the copper chips are evenly fed into the feed port to ensure that the copper chips are evenly distributed in the mold. 3. Pressing operation

4. Release operation
