1. Sucker body:

The surface of the main body of the sucker is usually flat and smooth to ensure good contact with the adsorbed object and maximize the magnetic adsorption. In some designs, the body of the sucker will also have a magnetic pole mark to facilitate users to understand the magnetic distribution.
Auxiliary Equipment 2. Shell and protective layer:
The shell mainly plays a role in protecting the internal structure and is generally made of metal materials, such as steel or aluminum alloy. The shell can prevent the internal coil, iron core or permanent magnet from external physical damage, corrosion, etc. At the same time, for the electromagnetic chuck, the shell may also play a role in shielding the magnetic field to avoid unnecessary interference of the magnetic field on the surrounding equipment and personnel.
Industrial Lifting Electromagnets In order to further improve the protective performance, the surface of the shell may have a protective layer such as anti-corrosion coating and insulation coating. For example, for magnetic suction cups that work in some humid environments, the anti-corrosion coating of the shell can prevent rust and extend the service life.
3. Connecting device:
The magnetic suction cup needs to be used with other devices through the connecting device. For example, it is connected with the crane for lifting objects, or it is connected with the machine table for fixing the workpiece. There are various forms of connection devices, common bolt connection, hook connection and so on. These connection devices need to ensure the fastness and stability of the connection to ensure that the magnetic chuck can play a safe and reliable role in the working process.
